I am
laying on the floor and
hiting my back because of
injury. I make it during my
squat training. It
was only sixty kg but my
techtincs is very bad.
Recomended drink
a lot of water
because you lose it when exersises. In one hour i go to
bed and sleep.
Very
important go sleep until
twelve o clock.
